Danny's been a little off lately, though i am unsure why, since my "date" which by the way, it was nice and fun but i do not believe i'll be going on another human date soon. I was at the mall last night when an older man came up to me and smiled he said:
"Hello, Alpha." Alpha?
"Hi...? Do i know you? And what do you mean Alpha?" i asked.
"No, you do not know me. And i am not stupid, young leader, i know you are a lycan. A werewolf. I know you are the pack leader."
"Listen, Mister-" this guy kinda weirded me out,
"I am not going to tell anyone, lycan. I know what you are because of HOW you are?" Say what crazy old dude?
"How I am, Sir? What do you mean?"
"The way all Lycans walk, the confidence and predatory fluidity of your step. Your awareness for all around you, your quiet caution." WOAH!
"How do you know so much about us?"
"My wife is a lycan."
"And..you are not?"
"No, ma'am." HUH?!
"My wife was alive during the time of Mars and the Salem Witch and Werewolf Trials. I've known the differences between lycans and humans for years." and then this phsyco old man just walked away! What the crap?! He just left. I called after him and he just left!!!! I was so confused but it was funny as hell.

Opinionated

Hey everyone. So i guess you read Tony's last post "Confused" yeah it's great isn't it? I'm totally rooting for her. Maybe she could get a normal date for once, i mean, why waist your time with the same species as you? That'd be stupid. (Yes, folks, that was sarcasm.) Well the regional meeting was pretty awesome, i got to spend a whole weekend with other werewolves, not worrying about lies and hiding. It was amazing. I'll be starting school in the fall, i'll be a sophmore with Tony, ironically enough, our school mascot is a wolf. Yep we are the MIGHTY WOLVES. hahah, i got a laugh out of that one. I had a chance to really talk with the others in the pack, Benny was fascinating to speak with, besides the fact he talks like Tony's favorite author, edgar allen poe, it was interesting.
One of my other close friends in the pack is Alex, he is pretty cool, he explained Tony to me, which proved interesting here is what he said

"Tony has that way about her that makes everyone love her, makes everyone want to know her. She's sweet and funny but she's also the bravest damn girl i've ever met, she leads this pack fearlessly, she's killed people, or so i've heard, that tried to hurt her friends. She knows when it's time to be fun and time to kick ass. It's freaky shit, man."

Confused.

My subject today is...dating. Yes. May my father smack me in the back of the head for just thinking about dating. Okay, well, I like this guy we'll call him...Peter (no, not his real name) and he told me a couple months ago that he liked me. Well for some physco path reason I told him (texted him) that I liked him (kinda sorta had a crush on him) he said he felt the same. So...now what? I'm a werewolf dammit, why'd i have to go and tell him?! I shouldn't even like humans (or anything non-werewolf for that matter) because it's SO dangerous. I just...i don't know what to do!!!!! Help me. Give me advice.

A few of you posted in response to the post "Give me Chemicals" I was a glad to see that none of you took offense to it, in "public". Well i thought you'd like to know a piece of hate email i got today. I am unsure as to how this person got my email address, though they did, and truly it is the meanest piece of mail i've ever gotten.

To: Spawn of Satan: You disgust me. You disgusting animal. No. You don't even get the right to call yourself an animal, you are a demon. An absolute spawn of the devil himself. How dare you feel you have the right to taint the internet with a hellish website about your immoral and unnatural breed. I loath you. You and every single one of your demonic friends. The Regional Meeting

Oy. Yes i sai oy. I don't know why, but it seemed appropriate. I'm tired, dead tired, as we always are after regional meetings. Danny loved it, it was nice for him to see how many of us were out there. I got to speak with the other leaders and they thought the idea of a moon house would be Awesome for EVERY city, of course, it was to be kept a secret to non-mythicals. It all went really well. I'll tell you a little bit about us, you see there is a werewolf "royal" family, they are basically the leaders of the entire werewolf population. Then there is a regional president, there are four regions, north, south, east and west. We are part of the the northern region. Let me know if you have questions, other wise, i'm going to take a long cat nap (erm...dog nap) lol.

Give me Chemicals

Difference, abnormality, strange, weird, odd, you name it, it's what we are. Not only are we weird in the fact that we are well part wolf. We are different in the fact that we don't WANT to be normal. I'm a punk rocker, Benny's a Shakey (of william shakespear time) Danny's a newbie. None of us wish to be as mundane as the humans who loll around us in apparent contentment with the everyday bore of a routine they call "Lives." When i was human i thought i'd give anything to become different. To be a Lycan. Then when it happened i was ready to return to being a tiny speck amongst identical people who do the same thing day in and day out with little difference. Now that i've aged, i realize that being different is what makes us...us. Yes, hard to explain. But if every werewolf were alike we'd be like the many humans who refuse to accept differeence or are too scared to embrace it. It may sound as if i am generalizing the human race, my apologies if you are offended, BUT. Take a look around you as you walk through school, how many of them look the same? How many follow a pattern much the same as the other? But the question is...if YOU are going to be apart of that rank, apart of the mass bore that is the human race. You don't have to become mythical to be independent just forget whatever others think and let yourself shine.

Leaving

Okay guys, this is how the whole regional meeting thing will work. Danny, I, Benny, and the others in my pack will be leaving late friday night to head south for the regional pack meeting. We won't come back until Monday night. Sorry. I know you're probably wondering how i pulled this off to my parents, well I'm going "Camping" with my friends. Which isn't a complete lie. I just left out the part about it being a mass meeting of werewolves. Yeah. So it's still the truth, right? No. i know it's not. Ohwell. Lying gets easier the more times you do it

I wish you all could've heard the way Tony (werewolf Moon) talked to this werewolf guy who thought he was all bad because he believes he is better than the human race. This was a conversation between them

Guy: "You, Tony, are a disgrace to the werewolf race" (boos and snarls from our pack, tony just crosses her arms)

Tony: "Why is that? Because i'm a girl?" (Guy gives obnoxious and mocking snort)

Guy: "No. It isn't. It is because you try to live amongst the humans. Your parents aren't aware and they are alive. You go to school. You go to the stores and shop. It's dispicable." (Tony laughs)

Tony: "Are we not half human? Were we not all human before bitten? Yes i got to school, so do a lot of werewolf teens, so we can get our diploma and get good jobs."

Guy: "How will you get diplomas if you never age?"

Tony: "Benny has his degree in teaching. When people start talking we'll drop out and he will give us our diplomas. Or have them forged like Bella did in breaking dawn." (Guy looks at her like she's insane)

Guy: "Who?"

Tony: "You've never read twilight?! Oh you should it's a great book. It has a werewolf in it who's best friend is a human/vampire."

Guy: "You are dispicable." (Tony's blue eyes narrow dangerously)

Tony: "Should you really talk about dispicable. While i, a two year old werewolf female, stand surrounded by MY pack. And you a twenty year old male werewolf stand surrounded by nothing, no one, not a single soul who would give a damn if i were to tear your throat out right now." (it was scary how easily tony talked. Casually, almost, with an edge to her normally light voice.)

At this the guy turned and walked off after a few inappropriate words. This is something that doesn't happen often, Tony was okay after the guy left, Benny was proud and so were the others. I've never seen a pretty girl threaten a guy before. It was strange.

Tony's Story

I saw that Tony posted Benny's story, and mine. So i thought i'd give you hers.

Q: What year were you born?
A: 1994

Q:When were you bitten?
A: Two years ago on halloween

Q: Where/how were you bitten?
A: I was in the woods after a fight with my parents, a wolf bit me and left. Not very exciting.

Q: What's bad about being a werewolf?
A: (Sighs) Living a lie

Q: What do you miss about being human?
A: (Laughs, blue eyes twinkle, tosses blonde hair over shoulder) I used to hope that i was meant to be something greater. Something...more. I dreamed of being a werewolf my whole life. And it came true.

Q: What's your favorite thing to do as a werewolf?
A: Run.

At this she waved at me and exploded into her wolf form. Therefore declaring the interveiw over.

Benny's Story

I've talked a little about Benny, the virtually 21, 521 year old werewolf i know. He's a cool guy. Though his speech has improved...alot. He still talks like he's from 1800's. It's rather interesting. Anyway. I asked Benny if he'd let me put his interview up on the blog, he said to go ahead. So here it is.

Q: What year were you "born" as a werewolf?
A: 1488

Q: How where you changed?
A: I stood within the boundries of the mighty battle that was taking place. I was stabbed in the chest. A moon child found me, in piteous sympathy he bore his teeth down into my flesh. I perished, in a way, when i was "reborn" i was part moon child.

Q: How long have you lived in Coopersville?
A: Since it was founded in 1904

Q: How has being a werewolf changed you?
A: I run on four legs now (chuckles and sighs) my entire family believed me perished, but being a moon child is not all melancholy, it is relatively exciting.

Lycanthrope Manor

Hey Guys! Danny here. Wow that sounded lame, owell. Okay, well i saw that Tony didn't really exactly explain what the House of Moon was. Probably because she doesn't brag, like at all, what kind of teenager doesn't brag? Oh yeah that's right, the kind who was changed into a werewolf and now leads a pack. Well the House of Moon is a pretty sweet place. Tony got the idea after reading Generation Dead, telling the story of the zombies in Oakvale. The have the haunted house, we have the Lycanthrope Manor. AKA. The House of Moon AKA "The Cave" I don't know where the names came from. It's a place where werewolves (like me) stay when they have no where else to go because their parents are dead or they could never face them. We all say Benny owns the house, Tony is one of a very few who stays with her parents. She doesn't want to hurt them by leaving, so she thinks that she might possibly have to tell them. If you have advice on other possible choices (aside of death, because i don't know if werewolf teenagers come back) let us know.

Regional meeting

Soon me, Danny and the rest of our pack will travel South to a Regional meeting of werewolves. All packs in the area will meet and talk about problems. Possible discoveries, humans cutting down the woods, increasing population...etc. We'll also get to meet the other packs, I'll get to talk with the leaders about new ideas for hunting/living areas. Of course I'll be giving the idea of creating a House Of Moon in every city, we got the idea from the Haunted House in Oakvale Conneticut, only ours, though, is for werewolves. Talk to you soon!

I'm Actually Blogging...weird

Hey Everyone, I'm Danny. I know Tony (werewolf moon) has talked about me on here. This is kinda strange for me i'll admit, guys don't normally blog in general but when i was human i was so repulsed by the idea that there were some people out there who thought that there were other people out there who actually cared what happened in their day to day lives. Now i understand. You guys are actually all...friends? You talk to eachother, help eachother out, even though none of you really know eachother. And you know that Tony and me are werewolves, and Lily Benan is a zombie. It's absoluetly strange for me to understand. I don't get it honestly. I've never met a differently biotic person other than werewolves, though there are zombies and vampires and stuff in town, it's just hard for me to get why you are all so open with eachother on line. And you all seem to be friends. Maybe one of you can explain it to me.

I interviewed Danny, this is how it went down.

How/Where were you bitten
My house burned down, everyone except me died, i was in the woods and some damned wolf must've felt sorry for me because it bit me and took off/On my arm.

Did you tell anyone?
Nope. I figured i didn't want to curse anyone else.

How did you find a pack to join
Pretty easily actually, there was a couple in the area but the one that actually had kids that attended school and stuff was the one i wanted.

Are you in school yet?
Not until i get better control of myself.

Drama Trauma

Hey guys. It's been a while since i've posted. I know. The whole secret werewolf-ism thing is getting pretty hard. My parents tried to ground me because they were trying to figure out why the h*** i was out so late on the Full Moon. Luckily Danny came through and told my parents i was at a full moon party at his house. And yes his parents were present. Gosh that kid saved my butt. I say kid like he's younger than me (being a werewolf he is) when really i'm a year younger than him. Oh well. Speaking of which...he's doing amazingly well. The journal thing went great and he was so excited when i told him he was going to be a partner on the blog.

Blood and Chocolate.

Hey did any of you read Blood And Chocolate? I mostly ignore the books about werewolves because they prove false and poorly researched. But my friend was like "you have to read this, i know you love werewolves and this is SO good." so i did, and i was actually impressed. It was well written, many of the things they said in the story was true to real life. Which makes me want to think that the writer is or knows a werewolf. Hmm...I loved IT. it was awesome. Certain things may have been once true (Like the ordeal) have been removed from tradition. And the whole silver bullets thing...kinda true. If the silver touches a wound or something...it could injure us but not KILL us.

Oh it was MARVELOUS, as it always is. Did any of you hear us howling good night? Danny adored it, i introduced him to the spectral wolves and he was so excited to see our "ancestors." It was awesome well and truly awesome.

If someone knew

I was thinking i would tell my sister about me being...you know...not human. But i don't know. We've always been close. Always shared our secrets. She's 21. What would she say? Or do? who would she tell? What would she think? Would she go get a hunter?! I don't know! But how would i tell her?

"Hey sis, you know how i'm always disappearing? Well it's because i'm a werewolf."
"Remember a couple years ago when i disappeared for like two days then came back all gross and stuff? Well that's because i was changed into a werewolf."
"You know how in New Moon, Jacob's a werewolf??? Well, guess what, ME TOO!!"

Tonights the full MOOONNNN!!!! If you post i'll be here for a few more hours but i have to meet my pack(s). I hope you enjoy it! At midnight go outside and you should hear the howl of present and past wolves. It would be awesome.

Tomorrow! Tomorrow! There's always tomorrow!

Hey guys! Tomorrow's the FULL MOON!!!! AHOOOO!!!!! Yes...i'm so excited. The full moon is the best (Next to all the All Hallows Eve, moon) It's great. Ugh i'm so excited. Anywho. Danny's doing great! Still a little...reluctant to the whole Werewolf Thing as he calls it. But time will help. If you have questions go ahead and ask. If you ask them too late tomorrow i won't reply till sunday, sorry, but no way will i miss the Full Moon Ritual.

My Pack

I realized like...two seconds ago that i've never really talked about my pack. The other werewolves i call "friends". There's kind of like three packs really, me and my friends, our regional pack, and the pack of us and spectral wolves. Pretty crazy stuff. My pack is awesome though. There's about...15 give or take two. The oldest wolf in my pack is Benny, well that's what we call him, he's been a werewolf for almost FIVE CENTURIES. Which even though he's still only technically 21 he's an elder. The youngest is Danny, he was changed about two weeks ago. They proclaimed me 'leader' of the pack last summer, it was pretty cool. When i asked why they said "You are young, but you hold strength in you greater than a wolf of a thousand years." I kind of wish Benny would learn the twenty first century language cause that whole talking like a fortune cookie thing is weird.

Hey Guys. GUESS WHAT???? The next full moon is SATURDAY! AH i'm SO excited! This will be danny's first one. The first full moon for werewolves changes their feelings most of the time. It's amazing to talk with the werewolves of past for a night.

Practice Makes Perfect

Hello humans, Vamps, werewolves, zombies, or whatever other creature reads this blog. My sincerest apologies for not writing in a bit. Wow that sounded weird. But i've been tutoring...yeah me tutoring...but don't ask the subject quite yet cause you're gonna be surprised. I'm tutoring a younger werewolf in...Werewolf-ology 101. Haha. Okay problem with this kid is that he hates what he's become SO much he tried to stop changing...not a good idea for younger wolves. He's about my age (and EXTREMELY cute) he got mad at the elders when they tried to talk to him about it so i decided to give him a go. He's really smart but since he was first changed he's had a bad problem with acceptance and patience. He actually listened to me when i tried to help. I told him to make a list of the pros and cons of being a werewolf. Being the stupid teenage boy he is, he made a big deal out of it and said "What good is there in being a monster?" So i made a list of pros for him: speed, strength, being mythical, coming in contact with the afterlife, being a wolf, being different, knowing me. Haha yeah i actually put that on his list, which made him laugh for the first time since changing. When he was human he was pretty competitive, he loved football and challenges so i gave him a challenge last week. He would write a diary about being a werewolf, good and bad things that had happened that day. He's a smart kid so I think he'll do well. I'm getting the diary back tomorrow, and i might just put some on my other blog childofthemoondiary.blogspot.com
